Onsite
We track worker performance by evaluating how long they take to deliver services. This information is analyzed by our platform to ensure we schedule workers for the right amount of time it takes to to do a great job!
After We're Gone
If you ordered more than one service our system remembers that to make sure reschedules are handled automatically. If you have any concerns we first track which worker delivered the service and then log that feedback as the basis of our worker rankings to ensure we only use the best workers - the next person onsite always knows what went wrong.
