Agreement & Binding Nature

These Terms of Use govern your access to Rent Ready’s web and mobile application and associated services. By accessing the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application or any Services provided through the Application.

Modifications

Rent Ready reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, with the “Last Revised” date indicating updates. Your continued use of the Application and Services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Description

Services include scheduling, contractor coordination, status tracking, reporting, data exports, and feedback management for apartment turnover operations. Access is limited to United States jurisdictions only. Some features require a paid subscription.

SMS Communications

Message Types

Transactional confirmations, operational coordination, feedback requests, approval notifications, customer support, and urgent communications.

Frequency

1–5 messages per work order; multiple daily during active service periods, varying by complexity and duration.

Consent Methods

Website signup forms, written agreements, documented verbal consent, or enterprise client authorization.

Opt-Out Process

Reply “STOP” to any message, email privacy@rentready.com, call customer service, or adjust account settings. Critical transactional messages may continue after opt-out.

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply. Rent Ready is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not engage in fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or indecent activities. Specifically prohibited:

• Transmitting obscene or harassing content
• Distributing malware or gaining unauthorized access
• Sending spam or unsolicited solicitations
• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Using SMS to send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to Rent Ready services
• Sharing confidential information or impersonating staff

Intellectual Property

Rent Ready owns all Application content including texts, software, images, trademarks, and service marks. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rent Ready grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Application for internal business purposes only.

User Submissions

By submitting content through the Application, you grant Rent Ready the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such submissions without attribution or compensation obligations.

Credentials & Account Management

Users must maintain credential confidentiality and access only authorized accounts. You bear responsibility for any damages resulting from unauthorized use. Profile information must remain complete, accurate, and current. SMS contacts require valid, personally-owned numbers with prompt updates for any changes.

Liability Disclaimers

Privacy & Data

The Privacy Policy governs personal data collection and use. SMS data may be shared with technicians, service providers, property managers, and legal authorities as required.

Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions require timely fee payment and current billing information. Recurring charges are authorized per service agreements. SMS communications are included in subscriptions with no additional Rent Ready fees, though carriers may charge standard rates. Non-payment may result in access suspension or termination.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall persist in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Rent Ready regarding use of the Services.
