Step-by-Step Guide

Add an Add-On to a Scheduled Turn

Open the unit

From the Turn Board or Calendar, click the unit square to open the turn details.

Add the add-on and save

Navigate to the service that needs the add-on, select the items, then click Save Changes to update the work order.

Add a PO to a Scheduled Turn

Open the unit

From the Turn Board or Calendar, click the unit square to open the turn details.

Enter the PO and save

Enter your PO number in the designated field, then click Save Changes. This applies the PO across all services in the turn. Update individual service POs as needed.

Cancel a Scheduled Turn

Open the unit

From the Turn Board or Calendar, click the unit square to open the turn details.

Cancel and confirm

Select Cancel Turn, then click Save. This cancels all future scheduled work orders for the unit.

Note: Cancellation applies to future services only. Any work already completed will not be affected.

Change a Service Delivery Date

Open the unit

From the Turn Board or Calendar, click the unit square to open the turn details.

Adjust the date

Select a new date for the service. You can only reschedule services that are at least one business day out from their current date. All subsequent services will shift automatically to maintain the correct sequence.
