Step-by-Step Guide

Submit Feedback & Request Follow-Up Work

Select the completed service

From the Turn Board, find the unit and click on the completed service you want to review. The feedback option only appears for services marked as complete.

Rate the vendor's work

Rate the vendor on a 1-to-5-star scale. A rating of 4 or 5 stars signals the work met your standards. A rating of 1 to 3 stars indicates issues that may need to be addressed.

Add comments and request follow-up

Write a detailed description of what was missed or why the work fell short. Then select Yes to request follow-up service. Click Save to create a feedback case. The Vendor Operations team will coordinate the return visit at no additional cost.

Tip: Detailed comments help the operations team resolve the issue faster. Include specifics like room locations or photos when possible.
