A look at approved vendor rates in the portal, where contracted pricing lives, how it maps to each service, and how to reference it while scheduling work.
Navigate to Pros in the main menu. This lists all vendors approved to work your properties.
Click any vendor name to open their Pro Details view. From there, select Price Sheet to see their contracted rate card broken out by core service and add-on.
When you assign a vendor to a turn, their approved rates auto-populate into the cost estimate. If a rate looks different from your price sheet, contact your Rent Ready account manager before scheduling.
Note: Rates shown are your contracted prices. Any discrepancy on a completed work order should be flagged to your account manager before approving the invoice.
