How to convert a service originally scheduled for your in-house team over to a vetted vendor network provider, when capacity or timelines shift.
Click your name in the top-right corner of any screen, then select Property Settings.
Drag the three green lines on the left side of any service to move it up or down in the sequence. The order here determines the scheduling order for all future turns at this property.
Need a day reserved for a service not offered through the platform? Add a placeholder service. It will appear as the last item, drag it into the correct position in your sequence.
Click the three dots on the right side of a service, then select the vendor you'd like to assign going forward.
Click the three dots on the right side of the service, then select the red trash can icon. This removes the service from all future turns at this property.
