How to schedule a turn through the marketplace, matching each service to a vetted vendor network provider without leaving the portal.
From the Calendar or Turn Board, click the teal plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner. Select "New Turn" and enter the unit details.
For each service line, choose a provider from the marketplace list. Contracted rates are visible before you confirm, so there are no surprises at invoicing.
Tip: Use the heart icon to favorite a marketplace vendor for faster selection on future turns at this property.
The summary screen shows each service, the assigned vendor, and the per-service cost estimate. Review everything, then click Save Turn to dispatch.
