Step-by-Step Guide

Create a Turn

Start a new turn

From the Calendar or Turn Board, click the teal plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner. Select either "New Turn" or "Occupied Service" depending on the work type.

Enter unit details

Fill in the following information for the unit, then click Next to begin scheduling services.

  • Unit number, type or search for the unit
  • Floor plan, select from the dropdown
  • Move-out date, required (Ready By and Move-In dates are optional)
  • PO number, enter if available, or select "I don't know" to add later

Select vendors and add-ons for each service

For each service, choose a vendor from your preferred list. You can add optional add-ons (like primer or extra coats for painting) during this step. Use the heart icon to favorite a vendor or remove them from future vendor lists.

Schedule resurfacing (if needed)

If the unit requires resurfacing, select a date that fits the current schedule. There are no core service options for resurfacing, select the appropriate add-ons, then choose a vendor.

Review the estimate and save

A summary screen shows all scheduled services, dates, and estimated costs. Review everything, then click Save Turn to confirm. Your turn is now scheduled and vendors will be notified.
